what would you straight trade your diesel benz for?

in the process of selling a wagon, and ive gotten some really tempting offers from people inexplicably for really newer cars I never would have expected.

Have to say im seriously considering it, curious what others might consider a fair straight trade for an old rusty diesel benz with a bunch of miles on it?

If someone came up to you and said, ill trade you xxxx for your beloved 300D, what would have you say yes?

for the lulz

You have to tell us what the CL masses have offered so far...

I'd trade all 3 of my cars for a well sorted 85 300TD, factory paint of light color/palamino and of course, rust-free

first one was a 2002 ford focus hatchback 5-speed, and ive had some texts from a guy with a rusty 92 jeep, and what might be a kia that a load of gravel was dumped on.

Also the obligatory I would like to mail you a check for your item, just need your personal information and I will gladly pay an additional 30 dollars for your trouble ect.

The first 3 cars are actually serious offers from people, the ford and jeep are intriguing to me

Id be willing to straight trade for your 210, because you know, wagons are premium and rust is irrellevant.

several years ago when selling my 81 300d i had someone offer me 2 perfectly running SEADOOs was very tempting. but i said no, then i sold it for 500$

depends what you want, put it under barter. i even had some tempting firearms offers before.

i also think you should ship it to nigeria. theres a high demand of diesel benz's there. im sure the pretty blonde woman who sent you the email will deliver the cash personally in a birthday suit

A zero miles 05/06 E320 CDI
or
$100,000 in cash
or
$115K Texas lakehouse.

Not really interested in having anything else. I love my CDI.

I might be willing to trade mine for a VW Beetle, BMW 2002 or E21 or E30 3-series. Maybe a 914 Porsche, or an MX-5 with a hardtop. I'd also straight trade for a GSXR-750 or CBR600RR, but then I'd have to sell the Kawk and find another cage. If offered a Jaguar XJS V12 I'd have to think about it.

I'd be very willing to straight trade for a 911, F30 3 Series, any Ferrari (even a 308), S2000, or pretty much any McLaren. The E250 Bluetec I passed today comes to mind, but I'd want to drive one first to see if I like it. I don't think I'll get any offers like that.

I would trade most any of my cars for an F250-350 PSD (prefer '96-'97ish). I say most, as I made a deal with my brother to keep the '81 300D in the family. Any of the other cars (several 'Benzs) or even the Mitsu TD pickup would be fair game for any would-be trades.....Rich
