Which (or what size) Viton O-ring for om606 delivery valve?

Mine are leaking rather profusely--about a gallon in the drip pan over the course of a week without use (car is pointing downhill, so...)

Anyway, can someone point me to the right O-ring size, or a link to one perhaps? Also, are there other parts I'll need when I'm in there? I saw one write-up about this job but it didn't seem to actually point out any part numbers except for the tool (which I've sourced already).

I'm just about to start up on this job for my OM602's injection pump.

I think the 606's is similar in parts.

I've bought the Mercedes part number ones:

004-997-45-40
017-997-41-48

I also bought these:

Another source:
McMaster-Carr

Source for size info:
Delivery Valve O-ring and Copper Washer sizes for bulk purchase for OM603?

install new copper ring and O ring
torque to 30 Nm > loosen
torque to 30 Nm > loosen
torque to 35 Nm

IMPORTANT: clean the pump exterior and wash your hands before embarking on this repair. Watch out for dirt getting into the pump.

There is a spring under the delivery valve holder, don't lose it.

This guy sells complete kits for the engine. I had to do mine too. The only complaint I had was the lengthy wait for them to get it in the mail.

Absolutely fair assessment! Sometimes I ship the next day. Sometimes it takes WEEKS.

Even with every o-ring in stock right now I'm still having problems. Someone ordered two weeks ago and I never got notification.

At this point I'm just rolling with it, but I have to say my give a crap supply has just about run out. The hassle of dealing with the insurance company on the fire pretty much has that tapped out.

Hopefully I can get in next week and streamline my website. Everything except O-rings is going away and I'm going to set up a new email address to receive notifications. My current one gets 200+ spam emails a day.
