Concerning the area of the Oil Feed Line to the Turbo. If someone over tightened cracking the plate in the bore the red arrow points to in the attached pic or cross threaded that area it can cause a leak.
Also at the top you can see where the paper gasket would go and supposed it is also possible to crack that plate if you over tightened the bolts that hold it on.
