As far as I can tell, that one is exactly as my car, only with 5 cylinder engine. Everything is the same.
Don't need a random VIN. Is required a date of production of your A/C system or car from which it was dismantled. There are a difference between A/C depending on date of production.

In any case, you will receive schemes of connection. But it would be desirable to supply you with correct schemes.

Yeah!
How to wire a dash, when connectors are different, where to put relays, where to connect the 5 hoses that now I have extra, beside the hoses (vacuum tubes) that I had before?! That is why I need schemes...

All W201's shipped to this side of the pond have the automatic climate control opposed the the european manual climate controls so its not likely anyone will have hands on advise to share.

Vstech knows his a/c and his advise makes sense to me. While the MB engineers probably have several "improvements" designed into the a/c system, all that's fundamentally needed control wise is a blower to push air across the coil and a single switch to engage the compressor clutch. If you can install the mechanical part of the a/c then simplify the rest and chill.

Yes, You are correct about that. I was thinkin the same....: just plug in, fill in the gas and see if it is working, but problem are the connectors below dashboard, and several vacuum pipes that have to be connected the wright way

Should ask us if you'll find something that is difficult for translation.

019 is manometer for checking vacuum system. There is service position on the scheme. Without this manometer, 035 connect to right "nose" of the 031.

Hey Doctor, could You find anything?
I'm almost done with mounting hardware on car... I left only AC radiator with aux fan to mount (have to rearange some of the support carriers), and averything that is left is wiring. Even the recilculating air switch can't serve it's purpose becouse it can shut the fresh air bracket, but it won't stay that way, it doesn't have electric impuls to hold it....

P.S. I not found any elec. scheme for 201 in the WIS.
