I don't know how to tell if it is a diesel, but we will assume so, so that it is on topic here. I don't know anything about it other than I saw it in the St. Johns area of Portland, OR by the old wrestler Sandy Barr's swap meet building (he hung with rowdy roddy pipper). You know by the old N precinct police building! Yah you know where, you all been to PDX, and were into 80's wrestling...
