As noted earlier that my timing chain tensioner was leaking engine oil from the crush washer, I made a note of getting at it, bought a 32mm 1/2 dr socket to test fit, and the thing was LOOSE, it loosened as the socket touched it, the engine was stone cold too, I removed it and pumped it with oil - installed back real tight - a freind borrowed my Torque wrench, but I put it on pretty tight with a 1 ft long 1/2 dr ratchet and its completely dry now.

Woah I thought it is a wear item and at that point it would simply require you for a timing chain tensioner replacement..
