Is there something random about image location addressing? Why, if you select a suspension pic are you getting all these other images? Its great that someone puts up a pic for the OP, but man, someone isnt making it easy.

Thanks for trying.

Thought I do wonder how it fell apart to begin with. No leftover broken bolt (the good scenario)? Usually it's a chunk of the bar itself rusting off.
Yes good idea in principle - BUT - make sure the bolts are 8.8 grade - they need to be strong enough to hold the anti-roll bar in place.

This is an important part - you don't want it snapping off whilst you are power sliding down a mountain road...

Also when you fit the new bushings, washers and bolt - use some thread lock.

I don't think you can link pics directly out of A-D. You have to do a screen cap, save it to something like photobucket.com and link from there.

Getting back to the original post, you can get the upper control arm bushings from our forum sponsor for a buck a piece. Give them a call and see if they have the nut also or you may be able to get a nut from your local Ace hardware which has a big selection of metric nuts in the fastener section where they have the drawers full of such stuff.

If, in fact, the sway bar broke, there is a kit that you can retro fit onto the sway bar. Welding is required but not a huge job. It basically slips on the end of the sway bar then is welded in place

Thanks everyone!!
