As far as I know the dealer does most bits including the colour coded pipe.

Vac pods are available here and all over the web. Replacement diaphragms are also available from at least 1 source. Some of the threads assert that double chamber pods can't effectively be rebuilt because the throw is shortened by the addition of the repair diaphragm.

couldnt get anyone, guess its the holidays. I found two of an incorrect one on the internet. I will just swap in the actuator arms and use the new bodies, should work fine. doesnt do any good to get just the diaphrams as I can never seem to get the guts out without taking it out of the car and the 3 slip fasteners always rip the plastic stud off of at least one or two of the pins so the bodies end up bad anyway. I have the dash out so I want to fix all of them while im in there.

If its the single diaphragm pods you can pull double pods from the junkyard. The bottom one always goes and the top one is always like new. Destroy the thingy that they attatch too on the double and use them on the single. Works like a champ. You can also use the upper to replace the bottom on the double diaphragms. You cannot replace the upper on the double diaphragm elements. George does not have the smaller diameter replacements...

In my '83 300CD, there's a double pod just to the right of the driver's foot. I don't recall which flap(s) it controls. Defrost and ...?
