Recently (last 2 weeks or so), when I start the car up cold, back out of the driveway, and turn the steering wheel to either side, I get a sort of low squeaking sound. It sounds like when you rub two balloons together. When I raise the RPMs, it goes away, and when the car's warm, it goes away.

Anyone know what this sound is? Could it be that I need to flush the power steering system?
