Oil Filter Pictures and Cross Reference OM602 Engine

Oil Filter Cross References double check filter manufacture applications. I've checked a hand full. Looks like for some 601 and 603 engines.

Purolator Oil Filter Part No. L40039

Pictures of filter installed at 295K Came from Advance Auto Parts(Discount Auto Parts) Pretty sure it's Purolator Oil Filter Part No. L40039

Its got the cotton (waste) product. I was surprised how much oil the cotton still held after a week. People were concerned about oil just passing through. It goes from the outside towards the center. The way the inner tube is constructed I don't think it would be an issue of not getting filtered.

Here's the info from Purolator: http://www.purolatorautofilters.net/resources/Popup/Pages/PartDetailPopup.aspx?partnum=L40039

The Filter installed at 300K is STP. Will provide Pictures when it comes out.
