transmission leaks- help locating seals. 85 300D
so i am getting ready to chase down a couple of decent size leaks. two 2-3" dia puddles just from warming up. looking for help on what's leaking, and how to fix it.
one is coming from the L side, right about where the NSS is, which would also be where the shift linkage goes into the box, I believe?? the other is right on the Right Rear corner of the Tranny, as seen in the pic below. I am not sure exactly, but it is all clean in the area above the gasket where I have circled with red. it could be the weird thingy sticking rearwards( in red) or the one circled in green. I have replaced the gasket, and that does not seem to be an issue anymore. If anyone has better pics, including some of the other side of the case, that would be nice. also if anyone wants to photochop this tranny clean BEFORE I work on it, that would rock....... TIA, mo

no one has ever re-sealed a 722.3xx??
mostly what I want to know is if they are just orings- which I either have or can source locally, easily- or if I need to order some seals. thanks.
