Hey terry, that link is for the '97 C230... Is that the same trans as mine? the '98 E300 Turbo Diesel?

Yes. 97-99 E300's used the 722.6 trans. 96's got the 722.4 (doesnt require special fluids).

Trans should be done every 30K, IMO. Diff would be fine to do about every 60K. Power Steering could be done now. Fuel filters I change ever 30K. Glow plugs I don't think you need to change. Just try to get them out and put anti-seize on them. Fuel injectors I would take out and have them cleaned and tested. While you are there, do the GPs. Also, I would clean the air plenum that goes from the EGR to the heads. You will need a manifold gasket for that. While it is out, clean the air passages going into the head.
