How to remove radiator for 76 300D??
I have recently acquired a 76 300d with 70K miles on it. I need to remove the radiator in order to get at the vacuum pump. I have disconnected the hoses. I left the oil lines connected to the oil cooler and removed the bolts connecting the radiator to the oil cooler. There is a "rubber band" that holds the top in but there seems to be something else that I can't see. Any ideas on how to get the radiator out.

Seems just like w123 chassis. Make all the disconnects. Remove the fan and fan shround. If you have an automatic tranny then disconnect the atf lines. You should have to touch the oil cooler lines. There should be 2 10mm which need to removed.
