Just proves some people will steal anything if the opportunity is there. This is probably a case of a theif doing a theif.
It almost sounds like they suspect the last owner perhaps. Maybe they sold him junk for it on a trade. Not that any person could get mad at a used car dealer. A lot of used car dealers are not scum of the earth even. They may rise to that level eventually with evolution Probably never make it though.
