No because people would probably die from drinking that.

Premix is a convenience item, its great to keep a gallon around incase you need to top up a bit.
As for the original topic I fail to understand why someone would ignore the FSM and do whatever they please with coolant. I am not an engineer and I do not design cars for a living, I work in real estate thats my profession. I wouldn't want an engineer telling me how do to my job, and I won't second guess them at their job. The FSM says use a 50/50 mix, considering the age of our cars that seems to be the correct approach, my SDL has lasted 21 years. So at this point I think its a safe assumption to beleive that the FSM is correct.
Its simpler to just follow the FSM then you don't have to devote time and mental power into becoming an engineer.
Also some people seem to fail to grasp the concept of specific heat capacity of certian liquids and mixtures. Some people prefer to just beleive what they want and ignore science. Which is cool, I'm sure a few people probably still think the world is flat.
