That should work, assuming the wiring is okay. Jumper red to green; black to ground. The brown wire at terminal 4 should work for ground.

YES IT WORKED !!! windows up. now i need to buy a switch.thank you so much and to get it down what should i do again ? also the seat belt plug makes for a good ground if any else has this problem ,need the switch now.

To get the window down, just reverse the process. Jumper red to black and green to ground.
Did you get the rear window up, also? |

You might try taking that switch apart and cleaning it, before you spend good money on a new one. You can pry the rockers off; don't loose the small parts.

In some models, the internal parts for the front and rear window switches on the console near the gearshift are identical. If just cleaning the front window switch does not help, interchange the parts from the rear switch to the front. The rear window has another switch on the door so the switch on the console is not 100% needed.
