Glad you are ok. a 16" tree does not give much. I imagine you are pretty sore.

Good luck on your swap project.

I am glad to hear that you are OK.

Why don't trees have crumple zones?

I am broken hearted when I hear of another old Merc ruined. Even though it was badly rusted it was sad to take my 1980 200D parts car to the scrap yard. after she was stripped. I have another parts car that will eventually end up there as well.

I look forward to hearing of your next 240D up and running.

Sorry to hear that. Glad it was the windshield that got cracked rather than your head!

Ouch! I didn't see any blood on the upholstry, so I guess everything turned out okay.

Man day after my neck is sooo sore, and my arms are sore too. what happened was i didnt have my seatbelt on and i was just coming up to the end right there so i went to scratch my head, and then i noticed my car was going straight even when i turned the wheel.. so i braced for impact and my arms totally buckled my chest hit the dash and my head hit the windshield. i probibally should have seen the doctor but i think ide rather die than pay 300$ a month in car insurance . yeah its sad to see another merc go down, but look at it this way, the soul of this merc is still lively where as the car im buying its soul is weak, so ill just do a transplant and all is well , kill one to save another.
