Does any body have a vacuum hose diagram. I have several vacuum line disconnected AND DONT KNOW WHERE THEY GO. Could be the reason it doesnt run as good as it should, also doesnt shutoff with key.

The fuel shut off is controlled by the brown vacuum lines. make sure that one connects to the dash side of the injection pump, next to the ALDA, the other to the brake booster/vacuum line. What year is yours? I could send a digital photo of the vacuum system on my 82 300CD.

Mine is a 84 turbo. Idont know if they are similar or not but maybe the pics will help me anyway. Thanks for your help.

tour bus,fix that 300cd and make it to the centerville Tx meet later this month, their was 50 plus cars that showed last year but no coupes .Ive been working on 2 of them since last May ,I still have a long way to go on both of them ,Ill be in the gold 84 300d .Details are on the upper post in this catagory.

Im going to if I can. There is another coupe for sale on craigslist that is a 70's model. Its gas but they said it ran. He wants $2k for it.

Need any parts for your coupe,theirs a place in houston that has 3 or 4 coupes

Hes high on price but has a good deal of old MBs. Milton Motors 713-694-7933. Hes a jack a$$ ,but what are you going to do.

New updated pics up on my gallery. I still need to do some adjustment to make the left fender fit better but looks tons better.
