This isn't the cheapest solution, but I have a keyless entry/alarm installed (electric actuator on the drivers door), so I never put my key in the door.

To tell the truth, I brought it to an auto alarm place and told them to install a keyless entry system and gave them a pile of money. I really don't remember what it cost, a few $100 I guess.

Mine is a "Python" brand, but it's really not that complex. The vacuum system just makes all the doors lock/unlock with the driver's door. The driver's door is just a manual lock. If you install a keyless entry you just need to add an electric actuator (about $10) to the driver's door lock and leave the rest of the vacuum system alone. The keyless system will electrically lock/unlock the drivers door and the vacuum locks will "follow" the driver's door as designed. Any auto alarm place should be able to sell you the required parts and/or install it.

Jeez you guys! I posted a whole thread on the duratherm complete with part numbers, pictures and everything not too long ago. You really should try searching in here before spending hours on google!

Here's some info you might find helpful. It would have been for me- which is why I posted it in the first place.
