took the 300D over to have the leakdown test done, but my friend doesn't have a fitting for motor?

He has a snap-on leakdown tester.

anyone know what fitting i can use?
size? It goes on the glowplug hole right? what size is that?

It can be done through the glow plug hole or the injector hole, it doesn't matter. I have a fitting for the injector hole. If you can't find one you can make one out of an old injector body.

For me it is easier to use the injector hole.
