Is it for new car owners or biodieselers or all diesel owners?

No Present Diesel Vehicle Will Get The Fed Credit
Due to the "dirty" diesel, no vehicle will qualify for the credit - too much NOx. Biodiesel does not count as it is not widely available. Wait till 2007, and get the Mercedes E320 with the diesel BLUETEC technology. Also, when the new clean diesel comes online, Europe will probably get many of their diesels over. Happy days will be here
