Start with power washing / degreasing engine COLD taking note of where concentration of muck is heavyest.
Let dry Start the vehicle and let it run for a few minutes (depending on seriousness of leak) then shut down and look around for moisture.

A big piece of clean card board on the ground helps to locate where it's dripping from. As long as you don't have a plastic cover under there
