Trouble starting...GLOW PLUGS?
Hey ya'll, it is still pretty warm weather outside but my car starts as if it is 20 degrees less. The glow plug lights also fail to to come on. Assuming it is the glow plugs, what are the top notch kind to get? PawoSD, did you have some special bosch glow plugs? Any links would be greatly appreciated. THanks!

cranking versus starting
Check the Glow system Fuse (should be inside a Black plastic box on the driver's side (top of) wheel well.[looks like a aluminum
strip , because it is] 1. One of the SD's or the SDL? 2. How old is the battery? (do you have a multimeter to check the ELECTRICS?) 3. How many miles on the Affected Vehicle? (Alternator regulator/brushes) 4. From your description, I am interpolating that the STARTER is revolving slowly. 4 a+b+c BATTERY,Alternator,Starter in that order? 5. Then the Glowplugs. |

Is the strip fuse (80 A) OK?
I recommend Beru or Bosch in that order
