Just another note on the tinytach, I ran it off a disposable 9v battery for a while (says you can in the instructions) to make sure I liked it b4 doing the full install.
I REALLY like the hour counter feature! Also the sensor works best if you locate it as close as possible to the injector. I first had it installed closer to the ip and @ idle it jumped around... also polishing the injector line made a difference too. Quote:
I really would like to know the answer to this. I had my 300d @ 4700 rpm, but anything above 4500 and you can really feel the torque drop off. I can't find the idle specs, but mine idles @ 637rpm is this too hi? It used to Idle faster, but I lubed all the accelator linkages and changed the connection point for the return spring.
