Diesel Purge

Should fuel filter change be preceded by Diesel Purge?
Or is it the other way around?

I'd do it AFTER and not before or if you loosen stuff, you will have to change it. An exception is that if you are already clogged then you have no choice.

How about at the same time? Fill the new filter with Diesel Purge. You should still recirculate what comes out of the return line per the common Diesel Purge procedure.
