Anyone know where you can get the chrome fender flare kits? My 84 has them and they are just screwed on in three places but they come with the plastic modling too that keeps them from rubbing the paint off.

They must have been a stock accessory when new but I'd like to look at putting them on my new ride (when I get it).

I've only got one thing to say about chrome fender flares on a W126:

They do seem to trap water and dirt starting rust.

BC, I think they look alright with some colors. I think until I get my car painted those are the only viable option for me so I can fix the rust with POR-15.

They were on my dark blue W126 when I bought it and I believe they are really sharp looking and I'm not one for much flash on a car.

I believe even JCWhitney sells them for a MB but have not heard if there are any differences in quality.
