Fuel AND Radiator leak

Ok, I just finished a glow plug installation, and was high on life after getting my 1981 240D back on the road. Now I notice that I have a decent fuel leak coming from the furthest front fuel line. I hope I didnt severely screw my car up! I also noticed some radiator fluid dripping from one of the bottom hoses. Has anyone else experienced this before? Am I in for major repairs? I pushed all of the fuel lines onto the connectors as tight as i could, to no avail.

You are just talking about the rubber bypass lines ?
They get old and leak regularly... just get some legit MB fuel line and take them off one at a time and cut the new ones to match. no harm , no foul.
