W210 E300 Leaking IP/Crush washer issue
Just curious - those of you that have had the fuel leaks on top of the injection pump, the common crush washer/o-ring leak - how much did it cost to repair, or did you do it yourself?

Have you done this on a w210 turbo? I just haven't found any threads, pics, or people that could tell me how to do it. I hear there is a very specific torquing procedure for the IP, and once you get the top of it off there are some sensitive parts etc. ANy help/info appreciated.

The o-ring and copperseal is cheap and numbers for them are in another recent topic.
The real hassle is you have to remove the intake to gain access to the holders unless it is the 2 in front that leak. Then you have to find the special 32spline socket, other than that there's nothing special about it really, keep it clean though. I usually tourqe them down with less tourqe then required first and then loosen them a bit and then finalizing it.
