Once again, the 300sdl passes the test
Well, a small test anyway. We had a little snow Sunday night - around an inch or so. Monday morning I had to make a small road trip, about 70 miles each way. This would be my first outing in snow with the sdl. I bought the car with a set of michelen snow tires, alpines, I think. Basically the snow tires are brand new. With two people, less than a half a tank of fuel and not much in the trunk, the car did great. A few spins starting out at a couple of traffic lights but nothing unexpected. With a full tank of gas and some extra weight in the trunk, I think I'll be in really good shape. What a nice car!!!
Dave (18,000 miles since last March and counting)

I just put mine to the test last Sunday, she did well. I live on a pretty steep hill and she pulled right up through two inch's of unplowed snow. I have a cheap set of Firestone F380's on it now to!
