Which injector heat sheld do I need?

I was looking at fastlane for injector heat shields and there are two different sizes.. how do I tell which ones I need. This is for a 84 300TD, Although I am taking the injectors off my 83 300D... parts car. Obviously I want the bigger injectors but only if they would fit.

Thanks,
Jason

The injectors on both cars are the same size. Don't confuse that with the heat shields. The older types have a 7.5 mm orifice and lately they've been making another type with a 10 mm orifice. Either one will fit but I've been told by more than one shop that the heat shields with the bigger orifice are better because they don't interfere with the injector's spray pattern if it's less than optimal. Though I feel the smaller orifice is sufficient and I don't see how it can block the spray pattern, you might as well use the bigger ones since they are the same price and it is possible that the bigger orifice really is better.
