Bummer, I would love the catch the SOB that would do something like that. Anyway I just wanted to pass along that a friend of mine got a "mobile"glass guy to come up to his place and replace the windshield in his 300D for under $200.00

You have to be careful out there. I saw this couple on TV once who had just gotten married, and they were driving down the highway, and someone dropped a large rock from an overpass on their car. It went through the windsheild, and hit the wife. She almost died, and had to have reconstructive surguries. I guess that's why a lot of urban overpasses in the Houston area have fences on them. There are evil people out there, you encountered one.
