Well Dan, my best guess would be to try a dealer. I don't think you'll find too many used ones out there. Good Luck..

Go to www.mbca.org (Mercedes Benz Club of America) and look in the club store. They sell these for $1.50 I'm not sure if you have to be a member or not, but I just got one and it looks great. Make the whole car seem that much more Mercedes.

The sticker can be bought at any dealer. I think the part number is on the sticker.

Benzman500,

I don't think they are gonna charge you for a sticker. Just ask them for one...no biggy

They do indeed charge for the "a Daimler-Benz Product" sticker. Of course now, it reads "a Mercedes-Benz Product". So the original Daimler-Benz ones are quite hard to come by. I might have an old unused one in my tool box but I'd have to check. I know I bought a few some years back because the original one on my '80 300SD was old and crappy. Put the new one on and it looks great! Just one of those minor details that makes me happy!

This a second hand information from last year:

Call 1.800.for.merc and ask for x6205 (Joyce ?) and give her the serial number.
The sticker was free. It may be still free. Try it; you got nothing to lose.

The part number for the Daimler_Benz window sticker is 115 584 06 40 and my dealer charges $1.50 each.

The part number for the Mercedes-Benz sticker is (or was) 129 584 08 38.

I believe (and I could be wrong - senior moment time again) that the DB is the current sticker since MB was "absorbed" by Daimler a few years back. Anyhow, last year, the DB sticker was the only one my dealer had in stock and he said it was the "current item".

Based on the info I have it would have been the MB sticker (129 584 08 38).
