Easiest way to fix small leather nicks

What is the easiest way to fix small nicks on my leather.I have a very small rip on the under side of my sun visor and a bad rub mark on the back drivers seat from the seat belt rubbing against it(560 sl).thanks

If you want it done right, take it to a leather repair shop. They won't charge you more than $25 and it'll match and look good longer than anything you can do.
