I took my 350SD to Sig at Sig's ******** and he was VERY professional and very helpful and most importantly VERY AFFORDABLE! Here's the info:

Sig's ********

Rich people in Las Vegas...

I live in Las Vegas and I'm certainly not rich! Besides, I'm just a jazz saxophonist! See - check out my site: www.RustyBlevins.com

I do own a '91 350SD and have been running it on a 50% WVO/B5 blend (soon the be a 100% WVO GreaseCar!) and my wife's VW Beetle TDi has a GreaseCar kit installed so we don't have to buy gas.

Still, if anybody knows of any other good Mercedes mechanics or especially DIESEL mechanics in Las Vegas, please let me know!

Thumbs up Great independant MB shop in Las Vegas

I found a great new MB independent shop in Las Vegas. Their name is G&G ********. They have a very clean shop and have only been open about 4 months. They only do MB repair. The shop is owned by 2 very good MB certified technicians, Austin and Iram . Iram has been around quite a long time in Vegas doing only MB repair and Austin previously worked at the local MB dealer. I have been to them several times now and am quite happy with their service. Their number is 364-BENZ or 364-2369. They are very close to the corner of Decatur and Meadows. By the Meadows mall. Their address is 325 South Decatur Las Vegas, NV 89107. Being a new first time MB owner, I found out these guys will inspect your car (while you watch) and take you under the car and show you what they found. If you elect to do the work they offer free valet service and wash your car when the repairs are done. My experience is that they are quite honest and very resonable on their prices. Much better then dealer pricing. I have pretty high standards and I am quite picky with who I allow to touch my car. I do alot of my own work on my own vehicles, but when I can't I will be doing all my service with them. Try them out. Feel free to mention my name. Vinnie

Thumbs down Avoid Franks Mercedes

We all work hard for our money, Franks Mercedes service do not even try, he guess sell you work , if you are lucky that fix it for a short time, if you are not......well pay more to fix, at least if you take it to the dealer, you have a leg to stand, Franks mercedes does not back his word, or work..... I found one of his old techs, best have your vehicle worked on by actual techs than by former service advisors (Frank) that have no notion of how vehicles work.......best to find a former tech or take it to G&G located on decatur.
