Can anyone tell me where I can locate the paint code for my W124 1987 300D
Or if someone knows the code, the car is white....

It should be right on the flat metal section in front of the radiator. It's usually a 3-digit code with a bunch of other numbers. And if you can't find it there, usually you can just get the right color from the paint manufacturer. I imagine there was only 1 white for that year and model.

Look Down at the Hood Latching Device sticking up from the crossmember just
in front of the Radiator...Next to it is a Stamped Plate with "Reverse Braille"
on the upper right hand corner.
On the lower Left hand corner of that plate are 5 numerals and a letter...
in the format "11 040 F"... The middle three digits are your exterior color code.
(In my case the color is "Schwarz" (Black) and the middle three digits are 040)
