230.4 condensor wire Very technical???

I have a 1975 230.4. Where in the heck does the condensor wire go and why?

I have switched to a pointless ignition I just cut the long wire to the condensor below the battey) and now my rpm swithes in the control box do not function properly and my vacuum advance is shut off by the 37degree oil temp switch and relay. It ois supposed to be then activated by the 2000 rpm switch.

Can I convert to a full electronic ignition conversion that would control all the vacuum swithes and relays?
