Clutch Fan Removal Help w124
How does one remove the clutch fan on a 91 300E? any response ASAP would be awesome! thank you guys!

If I'm not mistaken, it's the same procedure as that for the W123: Remove 4 10mm bolts w/an open-end wrench/spanner. (It's easier if you detach the fan schroud from the top only, so it can be moved slightly as needed). Once the entire assembly is off, you can separate the clutch from the fan.

Hey thanks, we got the fan blade off, but we need the clutch of the pulley. We're trying to replace the bearing bracket.

that was my bad, put the post up and he just got the fan off :P it's just that bearing pulley

nevermind haha, the bearings were so messed up, the fan clutch and pulley just fell out... So we're good :)
