Where on the car (300E) are these located ?

Hi,

I am parting out a 1988 300E and have been asked for 2 parts: The neutral safety switch, and the fuel distributor.

Where are they (and are there any special tricks or tools to removing them ?)

neutral safety switch is on the top of the tranny I believe.

fuel distributer is the thing that looks like a metalic octopus underneath the air cleaner right next to the air flap.

The neutral start switch is on the left side of the transmission. It's the black(?) plastic box right where the shift rod goes into the transmission.
