2000 C230 Kompressor door panel removal
 

Hi, there-
I have a buddy who was told by a mechanic that there's a special tool required to pull the inside door panels for a 2000 C230.

His seat switch failed and needs replacing.

Is there any truth to this, and has anyone done this successfully on this model car?

the only "special" tool is a plastic wedge, i can send you the instructions by email let me know if you need them
