Different kind of shutoff problem

So I've played the vacuum game for years now and I've beaten it once or twice. Currently the locking system has won with a leak I haven't got time to fix, so it's been blocked off.

I had an odometer/speedo issue that was fixed by replacing the speedo cable. Immediately (and I mean immediately) after the new speedo cable was put in the engine won't shut off by the key. I know I must've bumped something, but I can't for the life of me figure out where. I've checked every connection on the engine side of the firewall and haven't found a leak.

So is there a connection right up on the ignition I could've disconnected while running the new speedo cable into the dash? I've never had a "no shutoff" problem before just an "extremely delayed shutoff."

There are two vacuum lines hooked up to the key switch. Brown is source vacuum, brown with red stripe is signal vacuum for the shutoff actuator.

Thank you!

Turns out the rubber hose is pretty shot and the tubing just slid out.
