the standard exhausts are so long lived i could ask , why bother?... but i dont know of a source. there are a number of stianless options in hemmings or the mb club newsletters... and there is always bending one up at a local muf shop. they usually offer a lifetime warranty.... although the results are some what dependant on the skill of the operator.
