Thanks for the additional information. First I have to determine the source of the noise, be it the door to body seal or the window to door frame seal.

I'm inclined to believe the cause is with the window to door frame because I can vary the amount of wind noise by very slightly adjusting the window position at its top most closed position. I wouldn't think moving the window in such slight amounts (1/8"?) would have any bearing on the door frame, but I suppose it could.
