Those valves are rebuildable, and there is a kit available for it.

If you are not inclined to DIY it, there is (or at least was) a forum member who used to rebuild and sell them, I purchased one about four years ago for my wagon. Cannot recall his handle.

Put an ad in the used parts for sale subforum looking for a rebuilder, if no one follows up here with a name.
