There are only a couple people out there making batteries for everyone else.
On the cars with regular batteries under the hood, if if fits (including the terminals on the right ends) and has enough CCA and reserve amps go for it.
However on the newer cars with the battery inside the passenger compartment I would only use a Genuine MB battery. These are sealed batteries with the hydrogen vent tube. You don't want hydrogen building up in the car, and if the car ever rolls you don't want the acid to spill.
