The pump can be rotated to a few degree to adjust timing.
If the new pump is not installed in the same position then the old one, the lines will not fit and have to be bend.
Bent the lines to fit your pump and injectors.
Then remove them and blow them out with compressed air.
The bending may loosen up deposits inside the lines, this particles can damage your injectors if not removed from the lines.
