1987 Mercedes 190D 2.5 Turbo

I began looking for this 1987, 190D turbo in the late nineties when I thought I needed a project to replace my 1982 Jetta diesel. I almost gave up after looking at so many high mileage 2.2's and 2.5’s that were just junk.

Many might think I have spent too much money on this car in the past five years but it is a lot of fun for me. Everyone will have an opinion on the real value of the W-201 diesel, but each time I take her out and punch the throttle I know I’m not riding in my 78hp W-123.

Worst feature: The fuel tank is only about 14 gallons so I must fill up at around 350 and I also have an un-curable wind noise above 100.
