I had a similar thing happen to me. My tech says it needs a new lift. I am guessing yours is going to need a replacement soon. However, it could also be that the window was thrown off and its preventing it from going straight without the klunk.

whats the name if the little nylon part that slides in the track that lifts and lowers window broke one on my 500 SE.........

Replace the word "Lift" with "window regulator"
 It looks like this... However, check with your tech to see what he says
