Hi, Are the 2000 E320s assembled in the USA or Germany?

Far as I know, only the ML series vehicles are built in the US ( Alabama ). ;)

I once drove a new C-class loaner.

It was assembled in Brazil.

The R-Class and GL are also from Dixie. :D

FWIW, when I toured the V-engine assembly line in Unterturkheim last summer, the engineer noted that no Audi engines are made in Germany any more but that Mercedes feels "made in Germany" is very important and that they will continue to do this as much as possible.

Engines installed in Alabama are made in Germany.
