What to check in vacuum leaks

I have vacuum leak when:

The AC is running
Driver door lock is in unlock position
What are the prime suspects? Info on what to look for first would be appreciated.

I got the part but it is too small for the hole...

I got the part but it is too small for the hole on the lid. Is there a similar grommet but bigger, for other model? May be previous owner got the lid for other model. Just guessing.

My front passenger door lock unlocks itself within a few seconds after it is locked. All door locks behave normal before this problem shows up. I am looking for helps or ideas on how to fix this...
