Will these wheels from a 2002 S500 fit my 1991 300D W124 Chassis?

Seen these for sale. Would make a nice upgrade. Will they fit?

From all accounts I can find it looks like these will fit, I would just need to get 14MM ball seat lug nuts with a 12MM thread?
